Rob has developed a professional platform that extends from rigorous management and governance of safety and environmental processes to delivery of major change programs.

Rob has managed system unification and integration projects for medium public companies (1500 employees) as well as led digitisation of gold standard permit systems in the Australian petroleum and gas industry.

He has significant experience in building unified and coherent HSE frameworks out of, in some cases, disparate legacy systems.

This has enabled organisations to eliminate issues causing significant inefficiencies and misinterpretation of information between business units and sites.

Rob’s focus is always on achieving full integration and alignment of effort in all areas of a business, whilst fostering opportunities for sharing of ideas and best practice between business units and sites.

Through ensuring accountability for safety and environmental management is fully integrated into line management responsibilities, Rob has been able to achieve a transformational improvement in a range of key metrics across a number of organisations.
