- Project planning including preparation of statutory documents such as Management Plans, Reports and Risk Management materials;
- Providing statutory reports and assisting in resolving compliance issues including liaison with Government officials as well as submissions for change in legislation or policy;
- Providing advice in the interpretation of legislation and the mechanisms by which statutory requirements can be effectively met;
- Providing advice on and facilitating risk management processes;
- Evaluating training needs, preparing and presenting training packages including but not limited to risk management, statutory obligations, industry inductions and leadership development;
- Preparation of tender documents as well as pre-qualification of suppliers for major projects;
- Providing expert advice on consolidation and rationalization of competencies pertaining to the resources sectors;
- Assisting in the preparation of industry Codes of Practice and guidance material
